marketing services involve time, specialized expertise, and digital labor that cannot
be returned in a traditional physical sense, this Return, Refund, and Cancellation
Policy outlines the terms regarding project cancellations, deposits, and fee refunds.

By hiring my services or purchasing any digital packages, you agree to the
terms outlined below.

1. GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW

Due to the custom, intellectual, and time-intensive nature of freelance creative
and digital marketing work, all services, custom designs, development hours, and
consultation fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except
as expressly detailed in this policy.

2. DESIGN & WEB DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

A. Project Deposits

• All custom graphic design and web development projects require a non-refundable
  upfront deposit (typically 50%) to secure your slot in my schedule and initiate
  the creative process (such as mood boards, wireframing, or initial concepts).
• If you choose to cancel the project before any work has begun and within 48 hours
  of paying the deposit, a full refund of the deposit may be issued minus any
  third-party transaction processing fees.

B. Milestone & Progress Payments

• Payments made for completed project milestones or approved design phases
  (e.g., brand identity approval, wireframe sign-off, or front-end approval) are
  non-refundable as they represent completed deliverables and labor.

C. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

• Every project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your
  individual proposal or contract. I work closely with you during these phases to
  ensure alignment.
• If you are unsatisfied with the direction, you must provide constructive feedback
  during the revision rounds. Refusal to communicate or abrupt abandonment of the
  project by the client does not qualify for a refund.

3. DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES

A. Monthly Retainers & Ad Management

• Digital marketing retainers (e.g., SEO, Social Media Management, PPC Ad Management)
  are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
• Payments for active monthly management retainers are strictly non-refundable once
  the billing cycle has started, as strategy formulation, campaign monitoring,
  and optimization work begin immediately.

B. Ad Spend Budgets

• Any funds allocated directly for paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads budget)
  paid directly to third-party ad networks are governed by the respective platform’s
  refund policies and are non-refundable by me.

4. PROJECT CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

• You have the right to cancel your project at any time by providing written notice
  (email is acceptable).
• Upon receipt of cancellation:
  1. The initial deposit is retained to cover reserved scheduling and initial work.
  2. You will be billed for any additional hours worked or milestones reached beyond
     what the initial deposit covered up to the date of cancellation.
  3. Any completed work or files paid for up to that point will be delivered to you
     in an “as-is” state. Unpaid or unreleased raw source files remain my property.

5. PROJECT CANCELLATION BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER

• I reserve the right to terminate any project or service agreement at my discretion
  due to unforeseen circumstances, health issues, client breach of terms, or
  unprofessional/abusive conduct.
• In the unlikely event that I must cancel a project before completion through no
  fault of the client, I will issue a prorated refund for any unearned retainer or
  uncompleted milestone work.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & PRE-MADE ASSETS (IF APPLICABLE)

• If you purchase downloadable digital products (e.g., pre-made templates, e-books,
  graphic kits, UI kits) directly from my website, all sales are final. Due to the
  immediate downloadable nature of digital products, refunds or exchanges cannot
  be issued once the download link has been accessed or sent.

7. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION OR DISPUTE A CHARGE
